Production methods High pressure process: Chlorine pressure 1.4 ~ 1.6*** (gauge pressure), liquefaction temperature 30℃ ~ 50℃. Moderate pressure process: Chlorine pressure 0.2 ~ 0.4*** (gauge pressure). Low pressure process: Chlorine pressure 0.15*** or so (gauge pressure), liquefaction temperature -30℃ or so.
